Account Terms
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Course Access & Digital Products
- Purchasing a course or digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content.
- You may not redistribute, resell, share login credentials, or publicly reproduce any course materials.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time.
- Access to purchased content remains available for as long as the platform is operational.
Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted.
- Monthly financing options are provided by third-party financing partners and are subject to credit approval. 0% APR is not guaranteed.
- Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at hi@mjm.earth and we will work to resolve it.
Appointments & Scheduling
- By booking an appointment, you agree to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice.
- Paid appointment fees are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations as defined in the cancellation policy.

The Rate Reality Check calculator and other tools on this Site are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Results are estimates based on the information you provide and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, tools, and software, is owned by Michael J. Morgan and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
